Our fully welded plate-and-shell heat exchanger eliminates rubber gaskets completely by laser welding the plate pack. It can withstand high pressure, high temperature and aggressive corrosive media, suitable for flammable and explosive process environments in petrochemical, hydrogen energy and fine chemical industries. Zero gasket leakage risk and compact footprint make it a reliable choice for severe thermal exchange conditions where gasketed plate exchangers cannot survive.
